Returns & Refund Policy – Four Petals Enterprise

At Four Petals, every piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully handled before it reaches you. As a small business, we currently do not offer exchanges or frequent returns. However, we are committed to ensuring a fair resolution if something goes wrong during delivery.

When a Refund is Applicable

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show:
    • The sealed package from all sides (360° view)
    • The process of opening the package
    • The condition of the product inside

This helps us verify the issue and take it up with our delivery partners.

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product and complete a quality check.
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of the damage shown in the unboxing video.

Return & Shipping Charges

  • In case of a return, a 20% deduction will be applied towards shipping and handling costs.
  • The remaining balance amount will be refunded after deduction.
