How can I track my order?
Once your Jewellery is shipped, you can track your shipment on website. You can check it anytime where your package is and when it’s likely to arrive.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We only offer return if the Jewellery you receive is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To process a refund, you must share an unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the sealed package and its contents while opening. Without this video, we cannot accept return and refund requests. The product must also be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. For full details, please check our refund policy.
How should I care for my Jewellery?
Keep your Jewellery safe in the bag provided after use. Protect you Jewellery with perfumes, and lotions while wearing it. Always wipe it gently with a soft cloth after use and store each piece separately in a bag. Anti-tarnish Jewellery should be kept away from damp spaces for lasting long.
Do shipping charges change with the number of items?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹699. For orders below ₹699, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹90 across India, no matter the size or weight of the package.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
After placing an order, please allow 1 days for confirmation. Once confirmed, we process and dispatch your order within 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 days within India, depending on your location. For more details, please read our shipping policy.
